By signing below, I/we hereby authorize AGS Lending Partners and/or its capital providers funding my/our loan (collectively, "Lender") to obtain a consumer credit report and/or business credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies, as well as to verify any information provided in this application, including but not limited to employment history, income, assets, liabilities, and public records. This authorization is given in connection with my/our application for a fix and flip loan and/or any future renewals or extensions thereof.

I/we understand and acknowledge that: (1) this authorization will remain in effect for the duration of the loan review process and, if approved, for the life of the loan; (2) a copy of this authorization may be accepted in lieu of the original; (3) any information obtained will be used solely for legitimate business purposes related to the evaluation of this credit application by AGS Lending Partners and/or its capital providers funding my/our loan; and (4) I/we have the right to request disclosure of the nature and scope of any investigation performed.

I/we certify that all information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my/our knowledge. I/we understand that any misrepresentation or omission of information may result in immediate denial or cancellation of the loan, and may constitute fraud under applicable federal and state laws. AGS Lending Partners and/or its capital providers funding my/our loan reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time during the underwriting process.

I/we agree to notify AGS Lending Partners immediately of any material changes to the information provided herein. This authorization is valid for sixty (60) days from the date signed below.
